As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

EXTRA DELIVERY COST MIGHT BE APPLIED TO ALL REMOTE AREAS AND HEAVY ITEMS SUCH AS GENERATORS

Our customer team will inform you if extra delivery fee is needed.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will be shipped w within 3 to 5 days business days from the date of your order, depending on where you’re located. In Australia, our shipping times are typically between 3 and 6 business days, after leaving the warehouse. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@campingdepot.com.au

Cancellations & Refunds

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $30 administration fee, whether or not your order has been shipped. If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped, please kindly note. While we strive to provide the best quality products and expect a high level of service from our third-party carriers, we recognize that at times a product or particular delivery method does not meet our standards or quoted delivery date. Due to unforeseen issues potentially occurring, we strongly suggest that you wait until you receive and verify your products as we cannot be held responsible for delays in scheduled work.

We work hard to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days after delivery as long as they are new, undamaged, and unmodified. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements. Return requests beyond 30 days after delivery require special authorization.CampingSolarDirect will pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, incorrect product received, or for any extra product you did not order. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return arrangement and postages.Please note that we will not accept returns with product modifications as it voids our warranty policy. Any modified products received will be returned to you at your expense.

To shop with our online store, you are deemed to acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and have a current Australian residential address and have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement with us.

The terms and conditions included in each listing, together with Australian Consumer Law and user agreement, constitutes the contract between you (the customer) and Sun Yee International Pty Ltd (the seller) for the provision of products. Buyers are assumed to agree with full terms and conditions when buying an item.

While all cares is given, any errors or omissions in the product listing are unintentional. We may correct any errors found prior to the item being dispatched.

Warranty:

Unless otherwise stated, We offers a 30 days free return and 12 months warranty on all products from the date of purchase. It cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranty period for commercial use is 1 months. However, for Bluetti, Ecoflow and atem power products, we will be strictly followed the warranty period they offer on their end. For example, if Bluetti offer 2 years warranty on certain item, then our customer will also have 2 years warranty with Bluetti. We have great partnership with our vendors.

You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund for a major failure of our product. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

Our warranty cover does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, and lack of maintenance, use of incorrect voltage, power surges, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorised repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions.
